We offer USPS, UPS, and DHL for shipping services. Each shipping method provides different services. Please select the service that best fits your needs. We also welcome in store pickup if you place an order online at no additional charge.
Upon check out, an estimated shipping time is given. Due to high volumes and sometimes unexpected weather conditions, date of arrival of your package is an estimate. Please check with shipping providers for any delays. These things we have no control over.
Once your order is shipped, it may take up to 12 hours for the service provider to update their system with your tracking number that you will be given.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at xlhobbies90723@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You do not need to have an account to place an order. You can check out as a guest. Benefits to having an account is to be able to track your history for ordered items and to be notified of any future specials or events.
Yes we offer repair services and parts installation for RC vehicles. Please contact us or come in with your vehicle to get an estimate.
